Boosts your physical health
Mindfulness can lower blood pressure by promoting relaxation and reducing stress. It also improves sleep by enhancing the body’s ability to manage stress.
Mindfulness is the practice of being present and aware without judgment. It is not about emptying your mind; it is about observing your thoughts and feelings with compassion, improving clarity, reducing stress, and enhancing well-being.
Mindful eating focuses on building a healthier relationship with food. It helps you recognize hunger cues, taste sensations, and the emotional triggers behind your food choices.
I hold a PhD in Health Psychology, conferred by the University of Otago, New Zealand, where I developed a mindfulness program to support cancer patients in navigating life’s challenges.
Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which ignited my passion for helping others manage stress, overcome emotional eating, and achieve greater mental clarity.
I currently offer one-on-one mindfulness sessions, drawing on my PhD to tailor the therapeutic sessions to each person’s specific needs, all grounded in scientific research.
Tailored sessions that help reduce stress, boost focus, and improve emotional regulation. These personalized sessions are designed to meet your unique needs.
